How do I know what size to buy?
Please refer to our size chart for reference. It includes information about your number sizing and how Woke x Bespoke options affect your fit.
Some of our products are sold in general XS ,S ,M ,L , XL sizing. To help you choose your best fit, we have included the model’s measurements and the size that they are wearing.
When will I receive my order?
For sales products and items that are not Woke x Bespoke, expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days.
For Woke x Bespoke items, add 7-14 days for your product to be specially produced for you! So expect your one-of-a-kind addition within two weeks of ordering. If you have a deadline, send jerwin@apacceli.com an email with the headline “DEADLINE”. If we are not able to accommodate you, we will refund your order.
Covid-19 may impact order delivery time. We will keep you informed of your order status.
Can I return items?
Of course! All items must be returned in like new condition. You will receive a refund when the item is received and seen to still be in “like-new” condition.
Email info@apacceli.com with the subject line “return”. Please include information pertinent to your order, and we will send you a free return label.
What is your return policy?
Any items not on sale, are returnable within 14 days of receiving them for a 100% refund.
Only items in “like-new” condition will be accepted.
Sales items are not returnable.
