A playful, steeplechase flocked tulle races around the exterior of the Evelyn, and it is lined in hot pink silk dupioni, with delicate pink tulle adding volume. A pleated pink ribbon is hand sewn onto the top of the skirt. Pairs well with our Evelyn Corset Top and Apacceli SS20 Belt Buckle.
